Abstract
Currently accessibility to health professionals is not easy for people in remote places to health centers that provide the service, it is also to be known that the world is going through a public health crisis where conducting research and contributions is of great importance for the care of people. Not only in times of the pandemic but also for any time or situation facing the country in matters of public health, so enabling a service from a new teleconsultation model in the area of physical rehabilitation is appropriate.
This project proposes a teleconsultation model for the medical specialty of physical rehabilitation in Colombia based on the regulations that exist in the country on telehealth, with special emphasis on resolution 2654 of 2019 and resolution 3100 of 2019. This service could be enabled by health service providers. This work addresses documentary and field work to collect relevant information to ensure that the implementation of teleconsultation is feasible for the mode of physical telehabilitation.
