Abstract
Rural estates and rural areas play a crucial role in the transition to more environmentally friendly sources of energy. In addition to their traditional function as centers of agricultural and livestock production, these properties provide an ideal environment for the adoption of renewable and sustainable technologies. The combination of clean energy and advanced technologies not only helps reduce the environmental footprint of the estate but also creates economic opportunities and improves production efficiency. Specific criteria were used to identify the most suitable clean technologies for the conditions of Bella Vista Farm, taking into account factors such as the environment, climate, and the availability of natural resources. A detailed design was developed for the adaptation of these technologies to the physical infrastructure of the farm, ensuring their technical, economic, and environmental viability. Environmental impacts were assessed using the Leopold matrix, resulting in 8 impacts that were addressed through the implementation of sustainable technologies and designs. The economic and social viability of implementing clean technologies is adapted to the conditions of the residents of Bella Vista Farm, highlighting the benefits in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and resource savings. This thesis demonstrates that the adoption of clean energy and sustainable technologies on rural farms not only contributes to environmental conservation but also strengthens the resilience of agricultural and livestock activities while improving energy security
