Abstract
Almaviva S.A. is a company in the logistics sector with more than 80 years of experience in the market dedicated to supply chain management, customs, document management, among others, with a specialized logistics infrastructure, providing solutions to the needs. Almaviva S.A. offers quality and affordable costs to its customers, thus becoming a great option in the domestic market. Nowadays, the world the impact of the covid-19, especially in technologies has marked a change in organizations, for all sectors and different types of industry, always looking for continuous improvement in their products and processes, in order to generate image and experience in the final customers. It is necessary for companies to work intelligently with new operational inventory systems, and it is there where emphasis is placed on the logistics area, which is of great importance for the company to automate its supply chain processes. In customer service, order processing, delivery management and internal control of inventories, it seeks between them process joint benefits increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of the company. This project proposes a proposal for inventory management in the company Almaviva S.A.S., which controls and manages the levels of merchandise per shelves, as well as the income and outputs of the right products, layout management, distribution, ensuring minimum and maximum levels of customer service
