Abstract
Sexual and reproductive education is one of the main ways to prevent unplanned
pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections. This work seeks to understand the social
perception of students about the impact of projects for the prevention of unplanned pregnancies
and sexually transmitted infections that are currently implemented at the Liceo Versalles School.
The methodological design was qualitative with a phenomenological approach and the semistructured interview designed by the authors was used as an instrument. The sample consisted of
12 students who, through informed consent, agreed to carry out the interview. The results indicate
that the students receive timely information on sexual and reproductive education, that they
consider the intervention spaces they have had at school to be positive and favorable, in addition
to expressing that in most cases the students apply the knowledge acquired.
