Abstract
This paper describes a business plan study for the creation of a granadilla marketer in the Department of Huila, therefore, it seeks to analyze the positioning of the product in the agricultural market of the department, to improve the productive dynamics of the regional GDP and its contribution in the agro-chain of agricultural businesses in the country, together with the quality of life of people dedicated to agricultural activity, since it presents a constant dynamics of production in the municipalities of the Department of Huila, as it belongs to the species of the passionflower, being one of the representative fruits of the fruit sector of the Department of Huila (50%) (Revista Ondas, 2019, p.1). For the development of each of the phases of this plan, part of the value chain, demand, supply, prices, was analyzed, focusing its market on the productive dynamics of business in the agricultural sector.
