Abstract
This project explains the design and implementation of a semiautomatic volumetric dispenser for the company TRÉBOL ROJO S.A.S, with the aim of dispensing different powdered condiments. The development of this machine was shaped by the design of: a hopper that has a capacity for 30 kilos with manual feeding, a rotating disk that contains three telescopic containers or volumetric molds, this disk is coupled to a mechanical system directed by an AC motor with gearbox, it has an operation control (ON / OFF) on the rotating disk as well as a safety control (Emergency stop), the system works taking into account the specific quantities of production, whether it is pound molds or half a pound according to production demand. The implementation of this machine in the company's facilities, demonstrated an increase in the standards of productivity processes in the fourth stage of production of the company, providing an improvement in the execution of its tasks, reducing production time and minimizing the human resource in the dosing area. Finally, you can find both the descriptive drawings of the design, electrical plan and operating manuals of the machine with the respective maintenance of the dosing system, carried out with the advice and approval of the company TRÉBOL ROJO S.A.S.
