Abstract
This proposal has the innovative purpose of marketing San Juanero coffee in the city of Villavicencio, and promoting its growth in the agricultural sector in the department of Meta, through the implementation of E-commerce.
Therefore, a market analysis was carried out through digital tools that allowed segmenting the public, the purchase intention and the scope of the product in the market. From this, the operational and legal requirements for the constitution of the company were identified and sales and marketing strategies were carried out, which allows the product to be efficiently marketed.
On the other hand, based on the market study, the estimated sales that allow exceeding the defined equilibrium point were identified, therefore it is concluded that the implementation of the business idea is viable.
