Abstract
The research proposed addresses issues about culture, education, and the growth it has at the
environmental level and public space, with great opportunities for the development of the
economy, tourism and culture of the municipality, revealing theoretical, legal and historical
concepts. , and argumentative on the theme raised.
Likewise, the integration of the inhabitants of the municipality of Pitalito is sought, through the
knowledge that will be provided in this sector of urban sectorial use will be of cultural and
educational use.
Through this document, a study is carried out at the municipal and regional level, addressing the
opportune needs found in the territory of Laboyano, taking into account the demand for a low
educational level and culture, undertaking on the issues of environmental impacts, such as the
deficit of public space and environmental preservation
