Abstract
This work consists of the description, analysis and proposal of the Project of
Urban Integration in the section of Avenida Puerto López located between the roundabout of 15th
Street with Carrera 33 to the student park.
In the sector, there is land use conflict, where there are structuring equipment, unsupported
commercial areas, abandoned areas, invasion of the Caño Maizaro water round, for which an
analysis of the activities, dynamics, morphology, volumetry is proposed. , and the pathwaysfound.
On the other hand, the sector seeks urban consolidation to reduce the current deficit and
the new demands that will be presented with the increase in the population of effective public
space and equipment.
The proposal of urban integration seeks social interaction and citizen encounter through
parks, squares, green areas, sports, educational, cultural settings, adaptation of urban furniture,
creation of strategic points, covering the San Benito, Retiro, Macarena neighborhoods, Rana sings,
among others, to contribute to the development of urban renewal and consolidation treatments
proposed by agreement 287 of 2015.
Race 33, has a main role in the project, as it will be the main axis for the development of
the project. Starting from the extension of the road in order to create adequate spaces for all types
of users that travel through the place, with the adaptation of the road, platforms, green areas,
separators and insulations.
