Abstract
The project focuses on the development of a Convention Center that shows the lack of infrastructure dedicated specifically to the realization of type, business and exhibition events. It is very necessary to create wide spaces that directly benefit commune 4 and indirectly the other communes because the existing facilities present spatial and functional limitations.
