Abstract
The purpose of this work is to carry out a pre-feasibility study for the production and commercialization of moisturizing cream from the pericarp of the mangosteen; The analysis applied to employ a survey carried out to the population of the town of Tunjuelito for the final consumers and for distributors it used for convenience in the municipalities of Tunjuelito and Bosa. Carried out from the statistical process and the information collected, the results were analyzed, characterized, and some variables and procedures have been redefining.
Through the pre-feasibility study, it was possible to evaluate and analyse the feasibility of producing and marketing the moisturizing cream from the mangosteen pericarp, thanks to the fact that this application provides multiple benefits skin. The costs of the initial investment have been taking into account. This pre-feasibility study consists of the Market Study, the Technical Study, the Environmental Study, and the Financial Study.
