Abstract
In Colombia, different researchers have reflected on a culture for peace. In this aspect, education
plays a fundamental role, by forming integral citizens who seek coexistence and conflict
resolution. This is one of the pillars of the "Model of Education and Training for Reintegration".
In this way, the purpose of this degree work is to contrast the "Model of Education and Training
for Reintegration and pedagogical practice" at the "Colegio Almirante Padilla I.E.D". In this
regard, men and women, who were members of a group raised in arms, sought a way to build a
life away from arms in processes of reintegration into civilian life. Thus, it was possible for them
to enter the "Colegio Almirante Padilla I.E.D" to continue or conclude their primary or secondary
studies. Thus, in this degree work, the concepts of sociability and socialization proposed by Georg
Simmel were used, from a theoretical perspective, and the methodological aspect was developed
around the interview. Finally, one of the conclusions of the degree work is the identification of
spaces for evaluation and constant improvement, seeking advances in the teaching and learning
process with its educational community.
