Abstract
During the internship, the occupational safety and health management system was updated for the company Energy Coal S.A.S. in the municipality of Socha.
Initially, a diagnosis was made which showed the degree of compliance with the system within the company in accordance with Decree 1072 of 2015, as well as Decree 1886 of 2015, and finally Resolution 0312 of 2019 leaving a degree of implementation. From the diagnosis, the procedures, formats and manuals that comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System were designed and developed, and approved by the company for subsequent implementation. All the documentation required to comply with the decree can be seen at work.
Followed by the characterization of processes according to the activity performed by the company from the strategic processes to the operational processes.
An action plan was developed as it is essential to perform monitoring, self-assessment and accountability of the management in terms of compliance with activities and their contribution to achieving the goals.
Concluding the great importance of making the respective follow-up to the management system of safety and health at work, since it allows a better work environment in terms of the activities that are carried out within the company Energy Coal S.A.S. and a better degree of knowledge against the dangers to which the workers are exposed, in such a way that it is achieved to have control against these same ones and to manage to mitigate them.
