Methodology: Descriptive observational validation study, applied to 3 expert judges dentists specializing in surgery, periodontics and endodontics who were surveyed, design and validation of an educational brochure, using the Delphi method, which consists of 7 dimensions using the CVC content validity coefficient of Hernández Nieto 2002, which aims to evaluate sufficiency, clarity, coherence and relevance, where each question asked obtains a score of 1 to 4 respectively. Results: In the first evaluation by the judges, the introduction dimension, terminology and antibiotics used yielded the same sum of scores, with a value of 61 with an Initial CVC of 0.81. The changes requested were to improve writing and writing compared to the content of the text, adaptation of the colors, more in line with the population to which it is directed. The antibiotic prophylaxis dimension, antibiotic prophylaxis scheme and patients at risk, yielded a sum of score of 63 with an Initial CVC of 0.84, having these dimensions with a higher content validity coefficient. In the second evaluation, the lowest score was the antibiotics used dimension, receiving a score of 64 and an initial CVC of 0.85, achieving as a final result that all these dimensions were above the recommended value. Conclusions: The content validity of the educational brochure was designed and evaluated by experts on the prescription and use of antibiotics in dentistry, with a high CVC of 0.85.
