Abstract
This research work arises with the objective of studying the viability of marketing
products and / or services through a virtual university store aimed at the community
of the Antonio Nariño University. First, a process of contextualization of the
research is carried out through which the description of the most important
concepts to approach commercialization through a digital platform is carried out,
then the current situation for electronic commerce in economic aspects is stated ,
legal, organizational and statistical.
Then, carrying out the analysis and exposing the results of the most relevant
aspects for the commercialization through an electronic resource, aiming at
customer satisfaction through high-quality products / services, which would
increase the frequency of purchase and the positioning of the store.
Finally, a study is carried out by means of which the financial viability of the
business is evaluated, making five-year projections, taking into account the cash
flow and financial indicators which allow measuring the feasibility and the benefit
that the business model.
