Abstract
We designed a Manual of Functions and Procedures, Internal Work Rules and Process
Characterization of the Tundama Psychotherapeutic Foundation, in order to reduce the
existing shortcomings through the implementation of these tools; we contributed to
improve the organization both internally and externally.
This work is divided into three parts. The first part is the characterization of all the
processes present in the Tundama Psychotherapeutic Foundation; the characterization
sheets were designed with two approaches aimed at the quality of the processes, and with
this provide a tool that describes the way each process works in accordance with its
requirements. Secondly, the procedures manual was designed and followed by the functions
manual; This was done with the purpose of consolidating the facility in its processes as an
essential tool to present in an orderly, sequential and detailed way the operations of the
different processes that are in the foundation, facilitating the interrelationship among
officials and streamlining the administrative and operational management, which was
mentioned above, In the case of the Procedures Manual and the Functions Manual, we
focused on improving important issues such as communication and coordination, thus
allowing reform and obtaining an order in the information of the organization, all with a
view to good performance of the organization and the state of its organizational structure.
And finally, the design of internal regulations, this, in order to document and structure a
series of mandatory standards that must be met by both employer and workers
simultaneously, and contribute to the regulation of all activities that are performed within
the Foundation. Finally, the design must be revised and updated periodically according to
the changes that the Tundama Psychotherapeutic Foundation requires.
