Abstract
The purpose of this research project is to find out what have been the opportunities to access the reparation measures from the health sector contemplated by Law 1448 of 2011 for victims of the internal armed conflict in Colombia, for this reason the author sets the objective based on Analyzing the physical and mental affectations left on women victims of sexual violence through the armed conflict specifically located in the Municipality of El Carmen de Bolívar, based on the psychosocial care and comprehensive health of the PAPSIVI Program that guarantees the measure of rehabilitation provided for the 2019 period. Next, the specific objectives: a) Identify the physical health characteristics of women victims of sexual violence in the framework of the armed conflict residing in Carmen de Bolívar in relation to the rehabilitation measure. b) Identify the mental and physical health characteristics of women victims of sexual violence in the context of the armed conflict residing in Carmen de Bolívar in the face of the rehabilitation measure. c) Describe the current family situation of women victims of sexual violence in the context of the armed conflict residing in El Carmen de Bolívar and d) Mention the benefits that the PAPSIVI Program of Psychosocial Care and Comprehensive Health for Victims have left to women victims of sexual violence residents in Carmen de Bolívar. This research work is framed in the qualitative, descriptive approach, since the object of study is reconstructed from the researchers' point of view without looking for causal relationships between the categories. On the other hand, as a method and technique for collecting information, the semi-structured interview, timelines, and body map were used; these techniques and instruments were applied to a sample of ten women victims of sexual violence due to the armed conflict in Colombia. The results obtained were summarized in tables which quickly identify the value of the variables, later the interpretation of the results was carried out, concluding that there is still a vulnerable and neglected population by government entities.
