Abstract
he aim of the project is to carry out the technological updating of the Electrical panel of the SCHMID SUPER RAPID PERFECTA lace cutting machine. The project shows the design of the plans, 2D Electrical panel and implementation of 3D equipment used by the SolidWorks Electrical software and assembly of the machine. It was achieved that it works according to the principle with a rotating blade, guided by a stylus, transporting the width of the fabric and the scallop guide to the stylus automatically, thanks to 2 electronically controlled rolls which have adjustable speed. The result is a device that allows us to cut without any problem lace in different widths and all kinds of fabrics embroidered in natural and synthetic fibers and their mixtures, especially in Raschel and leaver lace. At present the machine is operating in optimal conditions and with a production speed of 120 to 280 embroidery strips or up to 4500 m of laces per hour, in relation to the previous production which was 80 to 130 embroidery seams. As a theoretical basis in this thesis a conceptual basis is detailed, including definitions and important terms that will be used throughout the development of the project.
Emphasis is also placed on the operating instructions for each part of the machine, manuals for starting the programming of the servo and main motor speed variators by means of software such as Siemens Starter and Engineer de Lenze.
