Abstract
The improvement of visual perception in the plane from artistic and playful expression strategies were carried out through activities within the research exercise, which were based on the development of themes such as the identification of basic elements for line drawing, The visual perception of figures in straight lines on the basic plane, artistic creation with geometric figures, among others. After data collection and analysis, results are given that contributed to diagnosing and proposing possible solutions to the problem. In this process of teacher training through practice and in the shared exercise where students, teachers and parents of the Colombo Florida Bilingual School participate, they allowed to enrich knowledge, develop skills applied to personal and academic nature. Giving orientation results to eighth grade students to strengthen their graph-motor skills, making use of work aimed at improving visual perception in the plane, thus providing the possibility of creating artistic works.
