Abstract
This investigation had as objective to know the resilience factors used by women poets with experiences of violence due to the armed conflict, it was approached from a social and human perspective, using life history as an instrument for collecting initial data Semi-structured and individual interviews were also conducted, which allowed the project to be structured. It was developed with a qualitative methodology and a hermeneutical criterion. The investigation included the participation of two Colombian poets who were victims of the armed conflict. The results obtained reflected that the risk factors were present from an early age mainly within their families and that the strongest protective factor in both cases was creativity, which allowed them to elaborate poetry as a therapeutically healing activity.
