Abstract

This report is aimed at describing the objectives, activities and results developed within the framework of the legal internship carried out within the framework of the extension project Legal Assistance Program for Population in Need of International Protection in the Legal Office of the Antonio Nariño University - Duitama Headquarters. In the development of this report, the agency where the survey was carried out will be identified. internship and the strategies that have been implemented within the program in order to mitigate the migratory phenomenon in the Department of Boyacá. It has been shown that on the part of the migrant and refugee population that has arrived at the Department a response is demanded in the legal field and therefore, the program has carried out legal actions with respect to each of the cases that we face. The purpose of this report is to comply with the option modality of Work of Degree as a requirement to opt for the title of Lawyer from the Faculty of Law of the Antonio Nariño University, Duitama headquarters.
