Abstract
Teaching, like many other jobs, requires dedication, responsibility and commitment; It also implies work overload, conditions of attrition, health problems with respect to the voice, mental and physical health or conditions typical of professional practice. Knowing these factors allows us to get closer to teaching work and how this work influences the health of the worker. It is essential to know one of the professions that we admired as children and currently have lost their important value in society. Objective: Reduce stress and guarantee an adequate use of the voice in preschool and elementary school teachers in the Municipality of La Calera. Methodology: the intervention was carried out in the educational institution Gymnasium Pedagogical Los Andes de La Calera, where the object of study is 15 preschool and elementary primary teachers. Intervention: the teachers were intervened through activities that are made up of knowledge surveys, followed by a video for each one, subject where basic information and practical exercises were provided, after the activity a final evaluation survey is carried out and as a final input, develop an information booklet; All the information was sent using ICTs. Conclusions: Interest, ignorance of some issues and commitment on the part of the institution and its teachers in each of the processes is evident. Results: participation in each of the interventions allowed favorable results, however, more time is required for better results.
