Abstract
The general objective of this research study was to determine the level of correlation that exists between organizational climate and work performance in the workers of Instituto Técnico para el Trabajo y Desarrollo Humano Inter System Express, de Santa Cruz de Lorica Córdoba in 2020; This was done with a non-experimental, cross-sectional quantitative design with a correlational scope. To respond to what was raised in the document, the information on work performance was used, which was provided by the institution, and then El Instrumento para Medir Clima en Organizaciones Colombianas (IMCOC) was applied, which was applied to eight people belonging to the team of work in the institute, among this population are teachers and administrators. Each of the people mentioned was presented by the instrument mentioned above, this has a Likert-type scale. To analyze the relationship of these two variables, a statistical analysis was carried out, which will identify the level of correlation between these variables. From the information obtained and the statistical data, it was possible to show the existence of a low level of correlation between these variables.
