Abstract
The Mozzafiato company was created in the city of Neiva, Huila, in 2018, dedicating itself to the production, marketing and distribution of powdered mix products for the preparation of soft Yogurt ice creams, therefore, a study of Pre-feasibility for the export of said product from the Department of Huila to the city of Quito-Ecuador.
The idea of exporting to the city in question was given by the need to explore and expand the local and national product to the international market, in order to establish commercial and innovative strategies and a greater recognition and positioning of the brand, through a high quality product; Therefore, a pre-feasibility study was carried out, taking into account the determination of the target market, the legal, customs, financial requirements and the possible types of transport for the movement of the product to its destination.
For the commercialization of the product, an own web page was developed, created in order to generate a greater reach, diffusion and easy access of the product to customers and the general public, through this online platform the quantities can be requested required of the product or get in touch with the company's human talent staff.
Finally, this study projects the main needs to be able to execute a specific export plan, such as the one in question.
