Abstract
This degree work fulfills the purpose of carrying out a business plan, to analyze the viability for the creation of a company specialized in the preparation of bubble tea with fruit syrup and toppings in the city of Neiva called RefrescaTÉ, offering an exotic, personalized drink , innovative, and healthy called Bubble Tea, this being a trend of acceptance and growth around the world; Therefore, it seeks to venture into this product to satisfy the new needs demanded by the Neivano beverage market with respect to your health, where thanks to the benefits of tea, it helps to reduce the derived problems that the taking of carbonated beverages and sugary such as diabetes, overweight and others. For this reason, an exhaustive market research was developed to measure and evaluate both the RefrescaTÉ company and the environment, therefore, both the CANVAS and the SWOT Matrix are carried out and digital tools and platforms such as Google Trend, Semrush and FacebookBussiness are implemented. .com for data collection; where a target population was determined as potential customers and as a result the sales estimates were made. On the other hand, a process flow was carried out to determine the steps and the time necessary for the production of the Bubble Tea drink, in order to guarantee its quality and provide excellent service; describing the characteristics, measures and inputs necessary for the manufacture of the product, as well as the investment, costs and expenses for the operation of the company. Finally, a financial plan was made to establish the viability of the project, which concluded that each year the profitability of the company is positive, accounting for 67.82% of the net sales in 2021 and with an IRR of 86, 5% when making financial projections for 5 years; with 14,400 personalized drinks and an additional 11,520 sold in the first year, and the sales volume is expected to increase consecutively per year.
