Abstract
The present investigation was carried out to obtain the title of Master in Financial and Tax Management. The degree work addresses the development of a series of objectives to be able to know some particular conditions that characterize the contribution and credit cooperative Coopkennedy, that is defined as a nonprofit entity, which is made up of contributing partners or workers who are the same founders, This cooperative began take the first steps in the supermanzana 2 Kennedy neighborhood located in the southwest of the city of Bogotá, currently it is a 50-year-old institution increasing its social capital, that is why it is necessary to do this case study identifying the need to implement the credit risk management system (SARC), as a result, it was possible to evaluate the different organizational and financial effects associated with the implementation of this SARC system, in the contribution and credit co-operatives concluding that its implementation is viable with some restructuring in its contribution and credit regulations.
