Abstract
The expectation of consumers to find healthy and low-cost brownies is generating a significant change in the market in the city of Santa Marta, requesting an improvement in the quality of sales, encouraging innovation among groups of companies. For this reason, this business plan is focused on the commercialization of pastry products, more specifically type "Brownie", created in order to benefit people who do not have the possibility of going to a chain store and also pay for their high prices, the idea is that they can get this product in their neighborhood stores and for a low cost.
A diversity of factors must be taken into account that allowed a better development for the production and commercialization of these products, optimizing the economic resources obtained, in order to grow and be recognized competitively.
Likewise, several studies will be carried out, not only to know what has been the development of this product in the market, but also, to also have the necessary capacity to create the most appropriate strategies, which allowed to have a greater impact at the time. to enter to compete, previously analyzing everything concerning financial viability, which is characterized as an important part of any business plan. The current market for this product is growing rapidly, this, also due to the fact that the ingredients are accessible and simple.
The products are made from butter, sugar, eggs, cocoa, powder for
baking and flour, which are offered in a pleasant and eye-catching presentation, encouraging their consumption not only for their attractiveness on special dates but also for their flavor.
