Abstract
In a short time there have been a chain of political and social changes that have
they have changed the way of life, they have altered the technological and economic areas, they have supposed
bankruptcy for many companies and the entry of others to the list of new technologies.
As an effect of the globalization process of economies and markets and the
promotion of the information and communications society, the concept of
“Quality” has gone from being a property linked to the product or service –suitability for the
use, compliance with specifications, ... - to a value connected to the satisfaction of
customer needs and expectations, seeking loyalty.
The international ISO 9001 standard informs the requirements for a management system of the
quality, which when applied by an organization to expose its ability to satisfy
the needs of the client and for the examination of said aptitude by internal or external parties.
Added in the systems that constitute the aforementioned decree, the system is numbered
quality management, which is intended.
SERVIMOTOS CDA PALMIRA is the only automotive diagnostic center for
motorcycles, their purpose of carrying out the technical-mechanical and gas review of the
vehicles transiting the country. These are in the obligation to be enabled by the
Ministry of Transport, after fulfilling a series of technical and legal requirements.

Its social objective is to maintain and ensure the safety of the people who use this
vehicle as a means of transport for the motorcycle, as its techno revision was approved

For this reason, the implementation of the ISO 9001 quality management system is
importance, since you want to satisfy the customer's need, guarding and exceeding the
expectations, thanks to the application of the system, its continuous growth and the abstention of
nonconformities. The purpose of this international standard is that the requirements are applicable,
however, in certain situations your adjustment may be accepted.
In this work the following order of ideas will be handled, first we will identify the
problem that is going to be treated therefore the objective to which it was intended to arrive justifying
the reason for this process. It will be explained step by step what was done and what was obtained
