Abstract
This document is an executive summary that aims to present the design of a training program to prevent musculoskeletal disorders inside the company FACOMED LTDA within the textile sector of Bogotá city.
For the training's desing program, the company's professional risk matrix for the year 2020 was taken into consideration and compliance with the training program as established by the occupational health and safety management system.
The workers of FACOMED LTDA, in all its areas (production-warehouse, printing, embroidery, cutting-sewing, driving, management and administration) are exposed more than 80% of working time to a biomechanical hazard, which makes them more vulnerable to musculoskeletal disorders. This risk cannot be eliminated, substituted or applied to an engineering control, as administrative control applies the training program.
