This development process begins with an investigation related to similar solutions in the national and foreign environment, taking into account the results of the investigation, the requirements that the application must fulfill to cover the user's need are compiled; in the same way, the design process of the solution is documented, which, supported by models and guidelines, will serve to create a high quality application that meets all the user's requirements.

This project focuses on the issue of managing deliveries to subcontracted carriers in the retail sector. The lack of an adequate information system has led to data loss and the inability to determine responsibilities in case of delivery problems. The project aims to propose a technological solution to enhance this process, increase efficiency, and establish effective control within the supply chain. The Kanban methodology and technological tools such as Angular and .Net are used in the development of the solution. In summary, the project seeks to address a critical challenge in the retail sector to improve delivery management to carriers, benefiting both companies and their customers.

The independent cargo transport service has problems in the search for travel offers, since there is no platform that it can use daily in the tasks that they need today and that are so weak. This weakness is due to the fact that the technological advance that we are facing in these times is not being taken advantage of. To solve this problem, this project explains the implementation of a mobile application made with the Android operating system, which is dynamic, easy to use and access. For its development, the Android Studio tool was used, which is a framework for the development of applications for Android devices. The mobile application is called TRUCKING TRAVEL whose purpose is to make it easier for the cargo carrier to easily search for their trip, thus reducing costs and time, online from a mobile device, whether smartphone, tablet, etc. This requirement can be done from the comfort of your home, office or anywhere the user is, whether transported or publisher, providing comfort, ease and without the need to take a long time to find the charging service. On the other hand, the application will have the notification service so that the carrier is updated on the offers that the publisher sent, in addition to a rating that can be given to each trip so that the carrier has a guide on how each publisher is. with his trip and thus be able to generate confidence within the guild. To conclude, the purpose of the project is to make life easier for the transporter, reduce costs and waiting time between each trip, give them the possibility that with a single click on their mobile device they can find their cargo.

The National Police of Colombia has at its disposal an information system to process the monthly salary of employees. However, the payroll process for personnel commissioned abroad is carried out in Excel. The objective of this project is to systematize this type of payroll, through the creation of a module that reduces processing time, minimizes user errors and generates the payroll reports required by the Entity. The Kanban methodology was used for the development of the system because it is a simple methodology, easy to implement and because it adjusts to the work group for its execution. As relevant results, the digitization of the information registration process, the generation of reports and the automatic notification of payroll to employees on commission abroad were obtained.

Starting in the world of software engineering and programming from professions other than computer engineering means facing a lot of options that exist in the market. Howev er, it is a real challenge to choose the right path to follow. There is the possibility of following tutorials, virtual education platforms and the traditional academy to give some examples. “ Semilla IT ” proposes two routes to start the learning process in software engineering . T programming and later hrough personal experience and the sweep made by the different existing options the routes were defined . These routes are the path to the "FronEnd" and the path to the "BackEnd". These two alternatives are cons idered taking into account that they are two of the most requested profiles in the labor market today.
