Abstract
This article presents the master's work entitled Creative writing as a pedagogical strategy for strengthening textual production in primary school students of an District Educational Institution of Bogotá which aimed to establish creative writing as a pedagogical strategy for strengthening the textual production of the 40 children who are part of the 403 grade of the day tomorrow of FDI. The research methodology focused on the qualitative approach, from the method of research in education and with the use and application of seven instruments as a pedagogical strategy. Among the results it can be evidenced that the students at the beginning of the research process had a limited textual production, but in the application and development of each of the activities there is a change of attitude and a creative freedom that makes writing an exercise that generates motivation in an innovative and contextualized way to your interests and perspectives.
