Abstract
The TIC have turned the organizational structure upside down; this technological
advance has generated different effects, perceptions and expectations both in the organization
and in the collaborators. It has opened up new alternatives for those candidates who have a
disability. This research aims to reveal the perception of those responsible for the human
resources process within organizations regarding the use of TIC in psychotechnical tests for the
selection of candidates with hearing disabilities
