Abstract
The objective of this research project is to systematize the implementation of theatrical games as a pedagogical strategy, for the group of adolescents during the volunteering carried out by the artist teacher in training at the Fundación Desarrollo ConSentido. The previous theatrical games allow strengthening the social skills of this group under study; which present shortcomings when it comes to relating to each other: shyness, isolation, aggressiveness, lack of attention, difficulties in expressing themselves and relating. Based on the above difficulties, the postulate is based on how the volunteering carried out with the Fundación Desarrollo ConSentido during March to November 2021, allowed the consolidation of theatrical games that contributed to adolescents in the development and strengthening of social skills? Hence, the importance of this research lies in the need to implement theatrical games as a binding strategy, compared to the abilities and skills of adolescents in their social development of the foundation; which is an innovative method for the processes of socioemotional resignification of this population under study. The line of research is called Professorial Thought for the Performing Arts, whose research methodology is framed within the Experiential Introspective paradigm. When applying theatrical games, they start from the strategy of improving their behaviors and ability to relate socially of the adolescents of the Fundación Desarrollo ConSentido
