Abstract
This project envisages a way to solve the problem of generating electrical energy from human effort using an exercise machine (multifunctional machine), which so far does not include a mechanical energy transformation mechanism developed by the gymnast to electrical energy. The multifunctional exercise machine is a gym equipment that brings together several exercise practices in the same component, this mechanism consists of an oval structure with T-steel pipe, high and low reinforced nylon pulleys, duly interconnected to a mass system by means of steel cable. Taking into account these guidelines, the modeling of a mechanical system composed of bands duly coupled to an alternating generator of permanent magnets was developed, which in turn it is possible to charge a set of batteries protected by a charge regulator to avoid damage caused by overloads, with this system the person will be able to carry out their exercise routine and at the same time generate electrical energy of up to 150 W to be used later.
