Abstract
Introduction. To malocclusion is the third most common disease, after caries and periodontal disease according to the WHO; Malocclusions are alterations produced during bone growth, both of the maxilla and the mandible, as well as the bad dental position in one or more teeth that together, prevent the correct function of the masticatory device and also entails an aesthetic alteration for the patient; In the treatment of malocclusions, find the braces, which have a main action on the muscles, bones and teeth.
