| Resumen : | Understand that in Colombia there is a supremely marked current demand on the issue of self-management and agility of service for restaurants in serving the table, in restaurants with a common flow such as those offered by el corrientazo. According to resolution 749 of 2020 of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, gastronomic establishments and premises may open and may only offer their products through electronic commerce, Adopt the biosafety protocol for the prevention of the transmission of COVID-19 in the commerce sector, understanding this as one of the problems that are occurring in the world; leaving no opportunities for restaurants that do not have sustainable infrastructure. |
| metadata.dc.description.tableofcontents: | Entender que en Colombia hay una demanda actual supremamente marcada en el tema de la autogestión y la agilidad del servicio para los restaurantes en la atención a la mesa, en los restaurantes de flujo común como los que ofrece el corrientazo. Según la resolución 749 de 2020 del ministerio de salud y protección social, los establecimientos y locales gastronómicos podrán abrir y solo podrán ofrecer sus productos a través de comercio electrónico, Adoptar el protocolo de bioseguridad para la prevención de la transmisión del COVID-19 en el sector comercio, entendiendo esto como uno de los problemas que se están presentando en el mundo; dejando sin oportunidades a los restaurantes que no cuentan con infraestructura sostenible. |
