The proposal is divided into two stages, the first, developed through the logical framework methodology, allowed to identify the current context of the school and its teachers, but also the main problems in terms of mental health due to its current model of management of psychosocial factors. Within the impact that the absence of this management has, it was possible to identify affectations in productivity, higher rates of staff turnover, absenteeism, events related to interpersonal conflicts, and effects on health such as symptoms associated with stress and possible cases of burnout syndrome. In order to identify the current measures and controls, a sample of documents from the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) was reviewed, on which recommendations were also generated. In the second stage, the proposed activities are presented as specific measures to improve the management of psychosocial factors, the prevention of diseases and the promotion of the mental health of the teachers of the school according to the identified risk conditions and considering the context in which the institution develops.A través del presente documento se presenta el diagnóstico, desarrollo y definición de la propuesta para la implementación de un Programa de gestión de factores psicosociales de los docentes del colegio en administración Parques de Bogotá IED, situado en la localidad de Bosa, en Bogotá D.C, Colombia.
