En la presente monografía de se busca observar la labor docente en el contexto del colegio I.E.D Almirante Padilla en su jornada de fin de semana. Este colegio desarrolla su proceso pedagógico a través del Modelo de Educación Flexible, por medio de la Aceleración del Aprendizaje (M.E.N) la cual busca estrategias para las personas de extraedad pueda culminar sus estudios en la educación primaria y realizándose una transversalidad de enfoque con la Escuela nueva; en donde a partir de una educación formal se da respuesta a una heterogeneidad de orden cultural y de edades en el aula.

Abstract
In this monograph, the teaching work was observed in the context of the IED Almirante Padilla school on its weekend day, this school develops its pedagogical process through the Flexible Education Model to a population of young people and adults covered by decree 3011 December 19, 1997. The monograph intends to make visible the pedagogical practice of teachers, in the face of a dynamic and heterogeneous context that receives a population in a situation and situation of vulnerability, which is why the theoretical postulate of the Alterity will be approached from the author Emmanuel Lévinas (2002) because although the contributions of various authors who work the otherness from my personal position are highlighted, Lévinas can be understood as one of the first authors who speak from the West about the category called otherness to find the relationship with the educational practices in the school
