Es Esta monografía se centra en el análisis y desarrollo de un producto turístico
alternativo en el corregimiento de guachaca, zona rural de Santa Marta. El cual tendrá como
enfoque principal aprovechar el potencial turístico de esta región, destacando su riqueza
biológica, extensos bosques, diversidad de fauna y flora, fuentes de agua, comunidades
locales, así como los entornos propicios para el turismo deportivo y la hostelería.
El objetivo fundamental es desarrollar un producto turístico alternativo que sea
sostenible y enriquecedor. Para ello se plantea la creación de una ruta turística que permita
a los visitantes explorar los puntos de interés y conocer más sobre la cultura y la
biodiversidad local.
Este proyecto se basa en una investigación cualitativa de reconocimiento que utiliza
una variedad de instrumentos, tanto primarios como secundarios. Además, sigue los
lineamientos del área de formulación y evaluación de proyectos a nivel institucional.
En resumen, este trabajo busca diversificar la oferta turística en el corregimiento de
guachaca más allá de lo cotidiano, promoviendo un turismo sostenible y enriquecedor.
Abstract
This thesis focuses on the analysis and development of an alternative tourism product in
the corregimiento of Guachaca, a rural area of Santa Marta. The main focus is to leverage
the tourism potential of this region by highlighting its biological wealth, extensive forests,
diverse fauna and flora, water sources, local communities, as well as environments suitable
for sports tourism and hospitality.
The fundamental objective is to develop an alternative tourism product that is sustainable
and enriching. To achieve this, the creation of a tourist route is proposed, allowing visitors
to explore points of interest and learn more about the local culture and biodiversity.
This project is based on a qualitative research approach using a variety of primary and
secondary instruments. Additionally, it follows the guidelines of project formulation and
evaluation at the institutional level.
In summary, this work aims to diversify the tourism offer in the corregimiento of
Guachaca, promoting sustainable and enriching tourism.
