Este trabajo académico investiga la falta de planificación del centro poblado de Riverita,
donde abordamos las falencias, necesidades y cambios que a lo largo del tiempo se ven expuestas
en el espacio público, sus principales componentes, características, causas y consecuencias
utilizando como punto de referencia toda la población del sector, los equipamientos existentes y
los transeúntes. Académicamente se adelanta un proyecto urbano sobre el centro poblado de
Riverita, donde se dispone abordar el espacio central de Riverita; para dicho proceso se llevan a
cabo unos análisis en los ámbitos de escala macro y meso que compromete sistema vial,
condiciones económicas, sistema ambiental, entre otros, donde se permite concluir las
potencialidades y problemáticas que se tienen en cuanto al centro poblado de Riverita. Posterior
a ello se originan 4 propuestas sobre el polígono de intervención ubicado en el centro poblado de
Riverita, el primero de ámbito social, segundo de ámbito económico, tercero de ámbito vial y por
ultimo ámbito urbano, en donde permite concluir los proyectos que finalmente se llevaran a cabo
por medio de una propuesta urbana , interviniendo el espacio público con propuestas
arquitectónicas y mobiliarios urbanos, buscando mitigar e incluir todos los actores que participan
en el centro poblado de Riverita. Este proyecto ejemplifica como la revitalización urbana puede
ser un proceso inclusivo y sostenible. Al revalorizar espacios públicos, promover la movilidad
sostenible y fomentar la economía local, esta iniciativa demuestra que es posible construir
ciudades más justas y resilientes para las generaciones futuras.

Abstract
This academic work investigates the lack of planning in the town center of Riverita, where we
address the shortcomings, needs and changes that are exposed over time in the public space, its
main components, characteristics, causes and consequences using as a reference point the entire
population of the sector, the existing facilities and passers-by. Academically, an urban project is
being carried out on the town center of Riverita, where it is planned to address the central space
of Riverita; For this process, analyzes are carried out in the macro and meso scale areas that
involve the road system, economic conditions, environmental system, among others, where it is
possible to conclude the potential and problems that exist regarding the town center of Riverita.
After this, 4 proposals were created for the intervention area located in the town center of
Riverita, the first in the social area, the second in the economic area, the third in the road area
and finally the urban area, where it allows the completion of the projects that were finally carried
out. will be carried out through an urban proposal, intervening in the public space with
architectural proposals and urban furniture, seeking to mitigate and include all the actors that
participate in the town center of Riverita. This project exemplifies how urban revitalization can
be an inclusive and sustainable process. By revaluing public spaces, promoting sustainable
mobility and promoting the local economy, this initiative demonstrates that it is possible to build
fairer and more resilient cities for future generations.
