Abstract
Since the beginning of tissue engineering in the early 1990s, numerous investigations have been developed focused on regenerative dentistry based on treating immature teeth with necrotic pulp, which consists of stimulating the tissues found in the root of the tooth, mainly by the synthesis of unique materials that act as scaffolds to support cell union, growth and differentiation, the above being possible, a sterile canal, must be accompanied by the combination of Hoshino's triple antibiotic paste. Studies have also been carried out with new bioceramics that help regeneration and have been the final step in pulpal revascularization. Objective: To evaluate the viability of apical papilla stem cells when exposed to the Triantibiotic paste of Hoshino and Ecandoquence
