En Molino Los Héroes Distribuciones, ubicado en el Municipio de Duitama, se ha
identificado un grave incumplimiento al Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el
Trabajo (SG-SST) bajo el Decreto 1072 de 2015. Esta situación ocasiona una amenaza
para el bienestar de los empleados y para la estabilidad financiera y legal que pueda tener
la empresa. Con dichas deficiencias hay que ponerle remedio Por medio de la fase de
optimización de los documentos referentes al SG-SST con el fin de integrar la gestión de
tareas con medidas que perfeccionen la seguridad laboral.

Abstract
In Molino Los Héroes Distribuciones, located in the Municipality of Duitama, a serious
non-compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST)
under Decree 1072 of 2015 has been identified. This situation causes a threat to the
welfare of employees and to the financial and legal stability that the company may have.
These deficiencies must be remedied through the optimization phase of the OSHMS
documents in order to integrate task management with measures to improve occupational
safety.
