Abstract
Eating disorders are serious mental disturbances that mostly affect adolescent women, are characterized by risky cognitive eating behaviors associated with the obsession with weight and body image and other factors such as intolerance to uncertainty, cognitive inflexibility, alexithymia, etc., affecting mental health. It stands out great comorability with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and substance use. Technological tools can be used as a means of prevention and intervention. This study makes a scientific analysis and interpretation of the categories on research published between 2010 and 2020 in the Sicencedirect metasearcher in order to update the topic against risk factors, comorities and intervention processes.
