Esta investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar una sistematización en Power BI que automatice la generación y proyección de los estados financieros del supermercado la Casona, ubicado en Cúcuta. El enfoque de investigación es mixto, en cuanto a lo cuantitativo, incluye el análisis de los estados financieros correspondientes a los años 2021, 2022 y 2023, para evaluar el comportamiento financiero del supermercado. En relación con lo cualitativo, se realizaron dos entrevistas semiestructuradas, al gerente y a la asesora tributaria, para conocer los procesos internos y las expectativas frente a la sistematización propuesta.
Abstract
This research aims to develop a systematization in Power BI that automates the
generation and projection of the financial statements of La Casona upermarket, located in Cúcuta. The research approach is mixed, in terms of the quantitative, it includes the analysis of the financial statements corresponding to the years 2021, 2022 y 2023, to evaluate the financial performance of the supermarket. In relation to the qualitative, two semi-structured interviews were conducted, with the manager and the tax advisor, to know about the internal processes and expectations regarding the proposed application.
