Este proyecto tuvo como objetivo analizar el impacto del Régimen Simple de Tributación (RST) en el sector de la construcción en la ciudad de Montería, Colombia. Dado que el RST fue diseñado para simplificar el cumplimiento fiscal y promover la formalización de pequeñas y medianas empresas, resultó crucial evaluar cómo esta normativa afectó a los empresarios en el sector de la construcción, caracterizado por ingresos variables y alta informalidad.
Abstract
This project aimed to analyze the impact of the Simple Taxation Regime (RST) on the construction sector in the city of Montería, Colombia. Since the RST was designed to simplify tax compliance and promote the formalization of small and medium-sized enterprises, it was crucial to assess how this regulation affected entrepreneurs in the construction sector, characterized by variable incomes and high informality.
