Este proyecto presenta un libro físico que reúne cinco historias personales de jóvenes de
18 a 25 años de la Universidad Antonio Nariño diagnosticados con ansiedad, quienes constituyen
el público objetivo. La edad promedio de la población de estudio es de 20 años, y el 58% cuenta
con un diagnóstico de ansiedad.
Abstract
This project presents a physical book that brings together five personal stories of young
people aged 18 to 25 from the Antonio Nariño University diagnosed with anxiety, who constitute
the target audience. The average age of the study population is 20 years old, and 58% have been
diagnosed with anxiety.
