Abstract
In poultry production systems, feeding is important to obtain performance and good animal development. Supplements commonly used by rural communities have been gaining strength over the years, allowing people to know the importance of the additives used in the daily feeding of animals, in this case the study was conducted with 63 Ross line broilers. The objective of the work was to determine the influence of garlic supplementation on hematological and coprological values, allowing to study and analyze the results on days 0, 21, and 40 of age in individuals chosen at random, as well as to determine productive parameters such as weight in grams in a controlled environment with a conventional energy system. For the development of the study, the group of broilers was divided at day 14 into 3 groups located in different cubicles, each group was named rote 1, 2 and 3. Rote 1 was supplemented with 60 grams of granulated garlic per kilogram of feed from the Finca inicio - fattening line, rote 2 - 40 grams per kilogram of feed and rote 3 as control. This allowed to analyze in each of the groups the yields and the effect of garlic supplementation at systemic and digestive level.
