El proyecto Planificación Financiera de la Farmacia Famisánar de la Ciudad de Santa Marta tiene como objetivo optimizar la gestión financiera de la Farmacia Famisánar mediante el desarrollo de estrategias de planificación que permitan mejorar la eficiencia operativa en el largo plazo y garantizar un desarrollo sostenible en el largo plazo. Para lograr este objetivo, el proyecto se propone realizar un diagnóstico profundo de la situación actual de la farmacia, tanto a nivel interno como a nivel del entorno del mercado farmacéutico en Santa Marta. Este diagnóstico permitirá identificar los factores que influyen en su desarrollo y crecimiento.
Abstract
The project entitled Financial Planning for the Famisánar Drugstore in the City of Santa Marta focuses on developing strategies to optimize the financial management of the Famisánar Drugstore, with the aim of improving its operational efficiency and ensuring its long-term sustainability. To achieve this objective, the project proposes to carry out an exhaustive diagnosis of the current situation of the drugstore, analyzing both its internal conditions and the environment of the pharmaceutical market in Santa Marta. This diagnosis will allow identifying the factors that influence its development and growth.
