La investigación plantea como zona de estudio la cabecera urbana de la ciudad de Palmira, donde se encuentran gran diversidad de edificios multifamiliares. Se identifican los factores que llevaron que las nuevas construcciones multifamiliares pierdan el confort bioclimático, logrando establecer parámetros a través de la historia del desarrollo de la ciudad que develan las estrategias proyectuales de la arquitectura que fue adaptada a las exigencias y contexto inmediato de cada edificación multifamiliar construida en el municipio.
Abstract
The research proposes as a study área the urban head of the city of Palmira, where there are great diversity of multifamily buildings. The factors that led the new multifamily constructions to lose bioclimatic comfort are identified, achieving to establish parameters through the history of the development of the city that reveal the design strategies of the architecture that was adapted to the demands and immediate context of each multi building in the municipality.
