Abstract
This work Will be carried out through the use of satellite images that can be found and
downloaded from the earthdata page. Which consists of initially making a shapefile with
information on the location ans coutin áreas of Guadua angustifolia present in the river
negro basin. In addition it is planned to implement a methodology for the identification of
guadua by means of spectral signatures (combination of bands) or remote sensing
techniques.
